Oleg Savva is a lawyer and politician. In 2014 he succeeds election into parliament from the list of Socialists Party, which has secured him a new seat in the 24 February 2019 parliamentary elections.

Mr. Savva is a veteran of the Afghanistan war and before diving into politics he had acted as the chairman of the Moldovan Union of Afghan War Veterans, the branch of Falesti. He is also a veteran of the Transnistrian war (1991-1992) and a participant in the Chernobyl nuclear disaster relief work.

In his property records the politician has publicly disclosed he included a 116-square-meter house and a smaller, 38-square-meter non-residential building in the town of Falesti. The house is a donation from his father Iacob. In documents though this house appears as a property of his spouse Alla Savva.

Mr. Savva used to own another house in Falesti, which was pledged in 2007 for a 69,600 lei loan from the Savings Bank. Cadastral records show that Mr. Savva acquired the 80-square-meter building in 2006 from his father and in 2013 he donated it to his brother Iuri Savva.
