It is a company registered in Ukraine in 2009. A man identified as Veaceslav Majeru acted as its founder. In 2003-2008 and 2010-2011, he was a member of the management board in Moldindconbank. In the year 2009, Fera Management emerged as a shareholder in the bank when a U.S-registered firm called Fera Management LLC ceded the stock from its possession.
In the year 2017, the Ukrainian firm controlled 4.39% of shares in Moldindconbank but the next year the central bank of Moldova erased from official registers the shares owned by Veaceslav Platon and his affiliates - including the shares held by his Ukrainian company. The authority imposed the measure based on a 2016 audit, which demonstrated that the companies and persons involved had acted in agreement in order to acquire 63.89% of Moldindconbank stock, without seeking prior consent from the central bank.
