Lidia Chireoglo earned her license in law from the Free Moldovan International University (ULIM) in 2003. The next year she got employed at the National Anticorruption Center (CNA) where she worked as a senior inspector in the Law Department for ten years. In 2014 she was promoted to senior investigating officer and in 2018 she advanced to the post of CNA’s deputy director.

The next year the new Parliament majority sacked Bogdan Zumbreanu and Lidia Chireoglo took over the interim leadership. In July 2019 Ruslan Flocea became the new CNA director and Mrs. Chireoglo returned to her previous position.
