Diana Scobioala earned in March 2020 a second mandate to run the National Justice Institute (INJ). She was elected to act as INJ’s director in February 2015, by the board of the institution which trains the future magistrates and prosecutors for Moldova.
Mrs. Scobioala is a law graduate and holds a doctor’s degree in international law. For nine years she had worked at the Ministry of Justice, first as a senior specialist for government representation and international relationships and then as the chief of this department.
She also lectures at the Law Department of the Moldovan State University and at INJ.
