The company came to public attention at the end of 2018, only one month after its inception. Then it received from the Government of Democratic Prime Minister Pavel Filip a contract for the lease of Moldova’s public bus station network, for 25 years.

In June 2019, when that government fell, the Parliament set up an inquiry commission to scrutinize the privatizations and lease concessions since 2013, with a special focus on such companies as Air Moldova, Tutun-CTC, the Chisinau International Airport, and the bus stations network.

Thus, the parliamentarians and the public auditors found several breaches in the procedures related to the lease of the bus station network, asking the law enforcement agencies to investigate the role of officials who had allowed unlawful deals. On 26 December 2019, the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office launched a probe for potential abuse of power, picking up documents and calling witnesses to testify.

The Parliament also instructed the Public Property Agency to initiate the termination of the lease concession contract for the bus stations.

Coincidentally or not, but at the time the auditors and parliamentarians began looking into the lease concession issue, the beneficiary company has changed owners several times - it finally came into the hands of Alexandru Vilcu, son of a former Tax Service head, who controlled 25% directly and 25% via Ramin-Lux SRL, and of the Ukrainian national Oksana Demchenko.
