Liuba Sova is a master in law sciences and until 15 August 2019, the day she obtained her promotion to the Constitutional Court by a government decision, she had lectured for years at several higher educational institutions: the Moldovan State University; the European Studies University of Moldova; and the Academy of Economic Studies.
Mrs. Sova also has a lawyer’s license and had worked for a law office for seven years before quitting to take over as adviser to Victor Puscas, then chairman of the Constitutional Court.
